Alex Gruzman is the founder at the Law Offices of Alex Gruzman with 16 years of experience in civil litigation including business litigation, personal injury and employment. Mr. Gruzman graduated from California State University of Northridge in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 2004.

Mr. Gruzman started his courtroom experience as a clerk for the Honorable Aurelio Munoz in Los Angeles Superior Court in 2004. Prior to that Mr. Gruzman clerked for the Honorable Geraldine Mind, and received valuable bankruptcy law practice experience. Mr. Gruzman also interned for the California Attorney General’s Office and United States Attorney during his law school education. For over 16 years Mr. Gruzman litigated cases in the State and Federal courts of Los Angeles with a wide variety of clients from entrepreneurs to large corporations. Aside from courtroom litigation, Mr. Gruzman also counseled a high profile client through a multi million dollar arbitration in San Francisco.

As an immigrant refugee from the former Soviet Union, Mr. Gruzman is no stranger to hardships and offers affordable legal services to small and large clients, as well as, his analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of litigation to each client depending on the unique facts of each case. Mr. Gruzman is skilled in litigation of corporate disputes, personal injury, disability and employment discrimination, as well as transactional practice of drafting various agreements. Mr. Gruzman is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Eastern European Bar Association, member of Russian Chabad, Chabad of Mount Olympus, UCLA Law Fellow and other professional networks.

Currently residing in Woodland Hills, Mr. Gruzman enjoys playing sports like tennis, is an avid fitness enthusiast and traveller.
